We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data rmbg.ai collects and how we use it.

Uploaded images

• Images you upload are used only to perform background removal and generate the processed result.
• Processing happens via a separate background-removal service. Images are stored only in temporary files for the duration of processing.
• Temporary files are deleted automatically after processing completes and are not retained for longer than is necessary to provide the service. In practice this is immediate, and in any case within a day.

IP-based rate limiting

• To enforce the limit of 5 free background removals per IP per day, we store a small counter keyed by your IP address in Redis.
• These counters are automatically reset and expire on a daily basis. We do not build profiles or track you across sites.

Cookies and analytics

• rmbg.ai uses cookies to remember your cookie banner choice and may use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics.
• Analytics help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.
• You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If you do not accept cookies, some features (such as usage analytics) may be limited.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Uploaded images and IP-based counters are used solely to provide and protect the rmbg.ai service.
